Fae and Elven Spell Boxes

These delightful boxes have been created especially for those who wish to interact with fairies, elves, mermaids, unirorns and so on. Occasionally the word fae describes any magical being, including hobgoblins or gnomes: at other times, the word only depicts a particular sort of more supernal being or sprite. Folklore traditions refer to them by such names names as the wee folk, good folk, people of peace, fair folk, and so forth. While in modern society they’re frequently depicted as young, some of the times winged, humanlike, initially, the were described really differently: tall, beaming, angelic beings or short stubby gnomes. Fairies are broadly described as human in appearance, and are about 6″ tall. They do have magical ability, but their roots are less clear in folklore.

Each one of these spell boxes is unique and has been especially handcrafted and acts as a portal to attract those beings who wish to connect with humanity.These beings exist in the astral realms and have much to teach us about magic and other forms of meditation. The boxes contain, crystals and semi precious stones, black rose oil, and a powerful spell of protection.

The Answer to Stress is Meditation

Some people tend to consider meditation like a magic wand thinking that they can wave it in the air and all tension and stress will disappear from their lives. So they wave it a few times and when they consider that it doesn’t work—they give up. Such a pity! Because the answer to stress is meditation. Humankind simply hasn’t learnt to use the magic wand correctly. Like any stage magician using a magic wand—which is really only another technique—it takes a reasonable amount of time and practice to become proficient. For meditation to be truly effective the best time is either early in the morning just before the sun rises so that you tap into the energies of the planet as they rise to make a new day or just at sunset or sometime after, or before retiring. Any time during the day is really fine and you will soon learn to be in a meditative state even when going about your daily business, as the effects tend to be cumulative.

You will find that if you approach meditation positively and with a loving attitude it will be something to look forward to and not merely a chore to bring about relief. Then you will find that you will begin to look forward to your meditation periods and you will develop the necessary patience and persistence for success. t is not necessary to meditate for lengthy periods of time. For the average person, ten minutes, two to three times a day will give you beneficial results. Of course, if you would like to spend more time, you may get greater benefits.

There are many techniques available to bring about a state of relaxation, so choose one that suits your time and one that appeals to you. If you force yourself to do something that you do not like to do, it will only produce more tension, and you may end up with frustration added to your stress. The more you meditate, the more you will achieve inner balance and harmony which will eventually lead to a beautiful feeling of peace throughout your day. Yes, the answer to stress is meditation. After some time of practice, your physical stress levels will diminish considerably, your emotional body will feel more in balance with everyday living and your mental body will begin to look at life with a more positive outlook.

Once the tensions and stresses affecting your life begin to melt away, you will find that both your nervous system and your digestive system begin to improve, toxins will be able to escape from your body more readily, and your energy levels will rise, allowing a more healthy and vital outlook on life. Meditation can be considered the panacea for all minor ills, tensions, worries, fears and distress in your life. As you become accustomed to the regular routine of daily meditation, you will begin to seek to understand further the mysteries of life.

The ancients gave the dictum, “Man Know Thyself.” How does one get to know the self? Pathways to Self Mastery Meditation Programs contain many excellent meditation exercises to assist with stress relief as well as allowing one to walk a metaphysical path. Being Centered in the heart

Most Westerners are centered in the head, they think and analyze everything. Those who have a lot of watery element in their make-up tend to be more heart centered. In actual fact there needs to be a balance between the head and the heart, but before that can happen, the heart, the feeling nature, needs to be more consciously developed. An easy way to do this is to ask yourself how you feel about everything. If you touch someone and the touch feels cold or you don’t get a response don’t analyze why this is so, ask yourself how it feels. Did you feel a closing off, a deadness, a wall between you?

If, on the other hand, you touch someone and you feel a soft warmth, a melding, a sharing of the energy, you will know that the person is very resonant with your energies and probably comes from the heart. Another way to develop this sense is to listen to music and get into the feeling of it. How does it make you feel? Does it lift you up? Does it make you feel depressed? Does it jangle on your nerves? Does it make you feel peaceful? Does it bring feelings of joy and happiness?

Listen only to music that provokes positive uplifting feelings and as you immerse yourself in the music, you will find that you become the music—it starts to live through you; you will find that you can ride on the melody—it will put you into an altered state and you will begin to perceive the notes as geometrical shapes that move in and out of you. You can, if you wish use this as a form of moving meditation; it is not meditation—it is merely a technique. Many are deceived into believing that they are heart-oriented people, but believing and actually acting out of compassion and love are two different things. The prayer of St. Francis of Assisi brings this point home quite dramatically:

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace, Where there is hatred, let me sow love; Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; Where there is sadness, joy; O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

So you may well ask, how do I do this? I don’t live in a monastery; I am caught up in the stress of modern day living. The heart is not just a physical organ. It is a powerful centre, an instrument of transformation and has powers that humankind has barely begun to understand. With the head centre, it is connected directly to the Logos of this planet. The Master understood this two thousand years ago, when he took the sufferings of the world into His own heart. But you can do this too; in a state of peaceful meditation, breathe in all the sufferings of the world into your own heart, the heart will immediately transform this into the opposite polarity so that when you breathe out, you will breathe out joy, gratitude, happiness. Once you have learned that your heart is a powerful organ of transformation, and you do this every day, we will be one step closer to bringing peace and happiness back to our beautiful planet.

What Happens After Death?

When someone passes through the veil, it leaves people on the earth plane miserable and unhappy; why is this so? Chiefly because it separates us from those we love. The only other reason why death brings grief or fear is because we do not understand it and comprehend the part it plays in human evolution. But the moment our ignorance gives way to comprehension such fear vanishes and a more peaceful attitude of acceptance takes its place. Humanity has now come to the point where it must break the “thought barrier’ if it is to continue to an enlightened age of peace and true brotherhood.

Why do we have enemies from whose words or acts we suffer? Because in our limited physical consciousness we do not perceive the unity of all life and realize that our wrong thinking and doing are like boomerangs that return to us bringing the results back for us to experience. The only way most people learn is through interaction with others, and sometimes through painful interaction, because that is the only way the information can get through.

On a personal level, others will mirror back to you exactly what you have sent out and will continue to do so until you cease to think negatively. This will continue for you until the time when the causes you have already generated are fully exhausted. When spiritual illumination comes, and you no longer stumble in the night of ignorance, the last enemy will disappear, and you will no longer be required to incarnate upon the earth plane.

We can be free of all such games or blame when we are released from the confines of the physical body during sleep. Many wake up to find themselves out of body and in a different sphere or realm where there is only peace and harmony. Mostly this is forgotten by morning, and the person goes on to face another day, but having an unconscious knowing that there is something better somewhere.

It is our ignorance that makes poverty and disease able to manifest in our lives because we do not comprehend their meaning or their lessons, nor do we know the correct attitude to assume toward them. If we did, there would not be any poverty or disease on our planet, and we know that this is not the case. Yes, a minority of people are certainly learning the lesson in how to bring about the balance so that they can live a relatively easy life without having to experience this manifestation. But for the majority, the wisdom to understand why illness or poverty seems to strike is just not there.

And so it is with all forms of suffering we experience. They are at once reactions from our ignorant blunderings and instructors that point out the better way. When we have comprehended the lessons, they teach they will be no longer necessary and disappear because by then we will have understood why they were essential factors in our evolution. It is not by the outward acquirement of facts that men become wise and great. It is by tapping into the soul from within until it illuminates the brain centres with a downpouring of that flood of light called brilliance.

When we have reached that point in our evolution, then we will turn from our interest in mastering matter to the instinctive knowledge of a spiritual universe composed of myriad realms, planes and sub-planes and perhaps when a loved one passes through the veil, we may even be permitted to go with them a certain distance.

Each soul that moves out of the shadows and into the light, out of ignorance into knowledge and out of superstition into truth is helping to dissipate the fog of darkness into which humanity has fallen. The darkness is greatest just before the dawn, but the more people invoke the light, the quicker the energies of the new age will be ushered in.
